In this 2-day course, you'll learn how to configure USU Service Management for your needs and transfer it to the target environments.
Content/Learning Objectives:

• Logging customizing
• Creating new object types in USU Service Management
• Creating and editing catalogs and views
• Creating and editing relationships
• Creating and editing business logics/rules
• Transferring customizations using the Customization Transfer Manager

Prior knowledge:

• Participation in user training courses for basic modules (e.g., Asset Manager, Incident & Problem Manager, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling
