ST40-4 USU Analytics Report Designer Training

This training enables technically skilled users to create their own pixel perfect reports with the Report Designer.
Content/Learning Objectives:

• Introduction into the Report Designer Editor and all important functionalities
• Create reports with direct DB-Access or based on USU Service Management Catalogues
• Grouping, Functions, Layout, Charts and Subreports

Target Group:

• Technically skilled users who want to create pixel perfect reports

Prerequisites:

• Be able to understand and write SQL select statements.
• A good knowledge about the data structure of your source systems (i.e. USU Service Management) is beneficial
