It is one of the largest and most important events for customer service and customer experience worldwide. At booth 513, Unymira will demonstrate live how an intelligent chatbot can be built and used productively in just 20 minutes. One of our customers, Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC), will demonstrate concrete use cases for USU technologies and answer questions from a user perspective.
